The Lewes Building Company works with a team of local designers and architects to create customized floor plans or modify existing plans to compliment the natural beauty of your property, maximize your views, and improve the livability of your home. We use great custom home plans from leading architectural firms such as Frank Betz, Don Gardner, and Stephen Fuller. We also recommend Southern Living’s house plan collection as a source for our clients. Their collection include many custom home designs to suit a variety of tastes. Knowing all of our homes are designed by architects versus in-house draftsmen, our clients can rest assured knowing their home was designed by an award winning, nationally recognized architect after he or she spent long hours verifying every detail.

High-performance I-joists are stronger pound for pound, straighter, and more reliable than traditional lumber. These superior I-joists also have reduced moisture content for floors with fewer nail pops and squeaks.

All Lewes Building Company homes are pre-wired for security systems. We also design and install a variety of wired and wireless technologies for safety, comfort, and home entertainment.
